This newly renovated, fully furnished studio features a basement Room with a 2 queen bed and sofa and table , a spacious and cozy bed facing a Big Screen Projector TV with Netflix and live streaming on, a spacious bathroom with a brand new fully-equipped rain shower with hot and cold water .

Easy access to downtown , west Edmonton mall and all famous attractions by local transit bus .

Private car / Taxi is available on request for easy transportation.

Lot of good quality and tasty food Restaurent , cafe , pizza , etc is available by walking distance.

The hosts were very friendly. However, there was no coffee machine, the tv did not work, there was not a separate entrance so we had to walk through their home, which we felt was awkward. There was not a lock on the guest entrance so we hoped they did not enter our space.

Nice, quiet and convenient

We had a short stay here while visiting relatives. We had some late nights, and some early mornings. Access to the suite was convenient, as was parking. Room and bathroom were very clean, and comfortable. I would have no reservations in staying here again.

Good location, awkward entry to basement

You have to enter the home to go to the basement which we found very awkward. The footsteps from above are also quite lou and the scent of the home is quite strong. Overall it was ok, it gave us a place to crash for one night.

Was overall a sweet family in a very nice neighborhood. The hosts were super sweet and kind people!! Only complaints are that it was a bit loud in the morning and the cleanliness was a not the best. There was a used bandaid in the shower and a bunch of dirt/crumbs on the carpet near the table. The projector didn’t work with trying from an iPhone either. Other than that the beds and everything were clean.

Will not stay again.

The suite was clean. The host was very polite. There is no separate access entrance. You have to enter through the garage and then access your suite inside the house. The noise was a lot of heavy thumping/walking. Constant banging like chopping. Chairs dragging on the floors. We just could not get comfortable knowing if we could hear them talking they would hear us as well. We did not stay our second night. We went to a motel instead. If you can handle the noise up to 12:30 am that starts at 6 am again and sleep through it it would be a nice place to stay.

The host was welcoming and accommodating, and the space was indeed spacious. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the accommodation. The bathroom had several visible stains, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was not refilled.

No bedside tables or lamps, no kitchenette or coffee maker, it did have a microwave sitting on a bar fridge. Bathroom vanity could be bigger so you could lay more than a toothbrush next to the sink. A table and chairs would be nice to eat at. An entrance that is private so you dont have to walk into the living room and greet the owners when you come and go. A telivision, the projector with paper stapled to the wall really didnt cut it. The exposed electrical panel area seemed tacky. The shower was nice, lots of hot water. Matresses were decent but no sheets, just a quilt. Amazing smell of curry every time they cooked, just made us hungry. I guess ventilation could be improved so that it wouldnt be so intense. Quiet place to sleep at least and the owners seemed nice!

Was in town on a budget trip from Victoria to visit friends and watch the game at the place to save from having to go out, but there was no tv to watch the game, would have been nice to have a coffee maker as well, but for the price it was fine, very hard to get around all the new areas and construction
