Loved the location, easy walk to beach, no traffic near home. The walk-in showers were nice. The tubs are very deep soaking tubs - sleek grab bars would be really helpful as it's a big step getting in. We shared walk-in showers for those that couldnt step into tub. Kitchen is nice and had what we needed. Elevator was also a big plus, but a set of instructions would be nice to have as it took us a couple of times to figure out. The porches were a favorite for all nine of our group. I would not count the top bunk as a bed because it was not sturdy. Bottom bunk slept well, just not enough room for anyone over 4ft to sit up.
