Cable TV and internet access will keep your group entertained should a brief shower interrupt your day on the course or the beach. The second-floor loft is surrounded by custom sea life art crafted in stained glass and serves as the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite book or an afternoon nap. The charm of this peaceful bungalow will have you coming back season after season to reset and recharge in a way that can only be done on Edisto Beach. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, tennis courts, and fitness center for an additional fee. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Just be prepared to bring your own cooking oils, seasonings, and items like foil or plastic wrap. The screened outdoor porch was a highlight and a great place to relax. The ground floor is roomy and very pet-friendly! It's all hardwood floors so we brought dog beds so our old dogs had a cozy spot to lay. The stairs to the 2nd floor rooms are steep and slick, and our dogs couldn't quite figure them out. So I would recommend carrying your pup up the stairs or just sleeping in the first-floor bedroom, which is very cozy. The neighborhood was a great place to walk the dogs and within a short driving distance to the beach where they could run and play. There are also amazing restaurants nearby - Ellie & Ollie's is within walking distance and Briny Swine is just a short drive located right outside the neighborhood entrance. We also cooked a few meals in the kitchen, which was well-equipped with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. If the weather is nice, the porch is a great sitting spot. We saw tons of birds, squirrels and a family of deer roaming through the backyard every morning while we enjoyed our coffee. We rented in February so were hoping to use the fireplace, but we noticed the opening in the fireplace was boarded shut, so it is not functional. The home is still very cozy without it! Great location, easy check in. Prompt responses after power outage due to a strong thunder storm. Kitchen supplies could use a small upgrade but we would definitely stay again.
