Spend a day swimming, boating, lounging in the sugary sand, or interacting with exotic animals. Inside this lovely retreat, you’ll feel right at home in the sun-filled, open-concept living area featuring a plush sofa, a large TV, and decor bursting with pops of color and coastal charm. Stream your favorite movies from bed or play card games at the dining table. A full kitchen boasts modern appliances and everything you need to create delicious meals or quick snacks. After a full day of adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any sandy gear, and kick back on the patio as the sun sets behind the swaying palms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort. Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) I had everything I needed. The condo is cetainly not welcoming with the shabby thrift store furnishings and horrible bed and the futon was a joke. I was totally uncomfortable with no place to relax other than piling pillows on the wallowed. Out bed. The floors are awful they creak and have air under themsince they are installed totally wrong. There is a smell of mildew from the split unit and floor, which is why the floor is warped. I felt totally violated with the bli d not co.ing to bottom window and no way to CLose off. ##### Anne D. Bed is horribly uncomfortable. If you rent this property know you must stop 3 miles before the property at the Vacasa office. The text you receive says this, but doesn’t give you an address. The place was quant and small, but expected as it’s a studio. It was clean and fine. There is a small back deck with chairs that overlooks the golf course. Every time we opened the sliding glass door the fire alarm would go off. It would continue until my husband fanned it with his shirt, it probably happened 5 times. The property is in Wyndham which we weren’t 100% aware of until we got there. Location was challenging, no Ubers or taxis are in the area. We looked into renting a golf cart, which wasn’t allowed in Wyndham unless you’re a property owner. When we arrived we were excited to see it was across from the cafe and pool. The cafe was convenient for coffee & snacks. We didn’t realize the pool access would need to be purchased separately. A 1 day pass was 80, and a week pass was 300\. ##### Alyssa P.
