It was big enough for everyone to have space, you can see the water, and the walk to the beach is so easy. We were perfectly located between Beach Accesses 30 and 31\. There were deer outside everynight, and it is easily accessible by car or bike. The downstairs screened in eating area and refrigerator were a great asset.
