"The staff were lovely and polite, the room was on the 41st floor and the bed, decor and amenities were all clean, tidy and well kept. The room had a safe and this was used. The location of the hotel is great in Brooklyn and we used it primarily as we were going over to run the Brooklyn bridge parkrun on the Saturday morning. We did not use the restaurant but it did look nice. "

The complimentary drinks during the evening reception were a great bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything felt well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.
