This lovely, second floor Georgian flat with large rooms, high ceilings and big windows is ideal for wedding groups, families and friends. It has a nice mix of furniture, including some lovely mahogany pieces. The house is comfortable with good facilities - not overly modernised, has been in our family for over sixty years. Scotland street is an excellent location in Edinburgh New Town (built 1760-1840). within walking distance of the centre and many visitor sites. It has 5 bedrooms, each with a double or larger bed, and 3/4 additional single beds, a full bathroom, a half bathroom en suite and a separate toilet, large kitchen, spacious living room with a large dining table, and a reception hall. It is fully equipped with central heating, , tv , wifi and a piano. The location of this property, in the new town, was perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but close enough to walk to, and also just a short walk from the trams. Grocery stores and restaurants were also close at hand. While the property could use some updating internally, it was a charming and spacious place, perfect for our group of 7\.
