We bought a French press and left it there as no coffee maker, just a hot water maker for tea or instant. Nice building. Incredible (repeat) incredible location on Royal Mile. No way to enter w/o an app that often fails so locked outside. Many tripping hazards inside thresholds and bed frame that stuck out. Multiple stairs inside. The master opens onto a public dust bin open to the elements. NO HOT WATER SO FREEZING SHOWERS. We were then required to spend hours of our vacation trying to get info to get hot water and then we had to do the work on their equipment. When hot water finally restored it was scalding. We have been to Europe many times and this was the most expensive and miserable location ever. Very clean. Only two issues: We found the digital programable thermostat had many settings and we woke up first morning very cold. Once we set all the settings to the same, heat worked fine.
