Communication with rental company 10/10\. Check in process 10/10\. Overall apartment aesthetic 8/10\. WiFi 0/10\. Overall we did LOVE our visit however there is false advertising in the description of “Luxury Apartment”. WiFi is SO bad that you do not have WiFi. We’re extremely capable of connecting to, using and/or rebooting the modem. WiFi here does not work and with this-the smart TVs do not work. So not “luxury”. Also, the 4 pillows were the smallest oldest most worn out things I’ve ever seen-so not “luxury”. Lastly, we stayed 2 weeks and were only given 1 bath towel a piece, 1 kitchen towel, a half empty roll of paper towels no extra and a half used roll of toilet paper no extra. So not “luxury”. I did inquire about an extra bath towel and was told it would be an extra charge.
