Having only been refurbished last year there is a modern fitted kitchen with an entrance from the hallway and double doors opening up into the living room.A great victorian property with original cornicing and large sash and case windows. The flat is located on the 1st floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement. The living room offers comfortable seating with dining for 6 in the bay window. The kitchen can be opened from the living room by the double door or access by the hallway. The bedrooms are large and bright with blackout blinds provided on all windows. Bedroom 1 is set as a twin room, great for the kids! There is a large wardrobe with drawers, a feature fireplace and Edinburgh Press. Bedroom 2 is the master bedroom, with a large double bed and a private ensuite toilet as well as a large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, feature fireplace and vanity/desk. Twenty minute walk to the Royal Mile, with grocery stores, pubs and take-always all conveniently located within steps of the front door.
