Edinburgh is all stairs so we expected it but worked hard to get to the top. Lol. Lovely flat with castle views as promised. Everything was tidy and organized. It was a very nice place even tho we weren’t there very long. I happened to be booked on the top floor so that was 4 flights to carry my luggage. That said, it’s kind of unavoidable in many parts of Edinburgh if you’re not staying in a big hotel. Otherwise, the view of the castle and the rest of the Old Town is hard to beat. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances and the bathroom is very clean with newer commode, sink, shower. The proximity to the castle is amazing--as well as the view. I did not, however, receive any advance check in information so it was troubling to get there and not know how to get into the property. Calling into the property managers finally resolved the problem.
