    A great welcome from host Billy and we can’t fault the apartment. We only left wondering why we’d stay in a hotel when apartments like this are available. Perfect location for our trip within 15 walking distance of the town centre, botanical gardens, Stockbridge and the gallery of modern art.

    This property is located in a very quiet residential area, but within easy walking distance of Princes street and much of the more tourist centric parts of Edinburgh. The host was wonderful agreeing to meet us after usual check-in hours. The garden which we could see from our windows was so lovely, I wish we had access. Did not really understand the cleaning schedule for the rooms but since they were immaculate it did not matter. I would definitely stay again.

    Great place to stay that is convenient to all the main Edinburgh attractions but in its own quiet neighborhood with great local restaurants, pubs, and stores. Apartments themselves are well appointed and very comfortable.
