I do think folks should be aware the unit is up a flight of stairs on a spiral staircase, so be prepared to carry any luggage or bags when you arrive and depart. Jun 19, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location, needs a little TLC The location of this property couldn’t be better, practically in the middle of Edinburgh and only a short walk from most of the attractions we wanted to see. However that came with one downside, which was that the noise from people on the street was very loud and continued until 3am one night, I was in the front bedroom and it was a very difficult nights sleep. The flat itself is nice, however we encountered a few issues with the boiler having low pressure, the toilet not flushing and one of the fuse box switches having been tripped on arrival - all easy fixes but not something I’d expect to have to fix myself. Jun 23, 2024 Liked: Location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Great location to take in the sights but needs a deep clean ! Location was great but the apartment was very dusty and dirty. Every glass had lip stick marks and piece of silverware had food on it. The kitchen counter was dusty. The door to the apartment should be replaced along with the locks that took two people and much finessing to open. If they could iron out a few wrinkles in this property the location is fabulous ! And a heads up for those not familiar with Edinburgh you will be dragging your luggage up and down cobblestone hills and stairways - Lots ! Make sure you’re physically prepared or just get a taxi to exact location. ##### Tara J.
