All Europe has many stairs so you should not be surprised just be prepared. Was walking distance to many places and it was lovely. I would recommend a stay at this house. It is well situated within Edinburgh. It was clean, however it is very tired looking and in need of a makeover. We found ants in the kitchen, and when we contacted the owner, she was aware of this problem.
