Our home is located in a bend of the lake where you can see water and valleys from both sides. Plenty of outdoor seating and tables are provided for relaxation. A gas grill and propane tanks are also provided for guest use. KITCHEN We have a 6-person dining table as well as 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. Our home is fully stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils, crock-pot, toaster, blender, single cup and 12-cup coffee maker and microwave. LIVING ROOM The living room features a panoramic view of the lake and valleys below. Stream your favorite shows on our smart TV, curl up on one of the three loveseats, or play board games with the whole family! MASTER BEDROOM A very large master bedroom offers its own access to the back deck, plenty of clothes storage both in the dresser and walk-in closet, a king-sized bed, and its own en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a jacuzzi style tub, two-sink vanity, and walk-in shower. MAIN FLOOR BEDROOMS (2) Each bedroom on the main floor offers comfortable, queen-sized beds and closet space. The main floor bathroom features a tub/shower combo. UPSTAIRS BEDROOM / FAMILY ROOM Upstairs, you will find two sets of twin bunk beds and a full-sized futon sofa. The kids will love sharing this room upstairs, complete with its own smart TV! Honestly it was breathtaking. The house looks just like the pictures. The communication and getting into the property was great and we had no major problems. The only issue was that the house wasn’t very clean. Due to it being mentioned before, I hope they can get a cleaner in between guests that has more attention to detail. Dishes were not very clean, floors were really dirty, especially in the corners. Bath mats had hair and were discolored on the edges. The couches were discolored and needed a good clean. There is a lot I could mention, but we ended up just cleaning some ourselves. The only other issue worth mentioning is the mattresses on the bunkbeds were really bad quality and you could feel all the springs and the bottom bed when you sat down. My littles slept in them and complained some but overall they were able to sleep. Any kid over 10 would be really uncomfortable. All that being said, I still gave it 4 stars because of the view and everything was functional. It was really fun to watch the eagles and other birds flying right by the deck. ##### Elise K. Check in and out was simple, house was clean and the place was so quiet. Even with three kids ranging from 8-13 the house is really built to keep outside sound out. The kids adored playing ping pong in the garage, my parents loved the deck and the stunning sunrise over the lake. The kitchen had room for all 8 of us with a dining table for 6 and two bar stools. The owners left popcorn and even epsom salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. I grew up in FairField Bay and come up quite often. This time we brought the entire family and spent most of the time on the lake. We had everything we could possibly need at this house. You know that excited feeling when you first arrive at a property? It's always our favorite part - walking in, looking around, taking in all that you'll get to enjoy over the next several days. This is the best "walking in" experience we've ever had. Everything was so well thought out - the decorations, the little extras, the comforts of home that you really want in a vacation property - it was all so perfect. One thing to note that is when renting it, I didn't consider an older aunt I have that has a little trouble walking. Everything is on the main floor so she didn't need to go upstairs, but there are a few steps from the parking areas to the living quarters that she had trouble with. There is an enclosed garage for you to park (that was a great plus!) as the driveway was quite steep. The only thing that is upstairs is the kids' room. It was ideal for them. They made a huge fort out of the two bunk beds and had a blast in that room. There is also a separate air conditioner up there which is nice. All around a perfect getaway spot - we plan to return one of these days. :) ##### Lindsay S.
