❗ No Indoor Smoking (includes any form of e-smoking).  
❗ No Pets.  
❗ Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.  
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.  
  
During July, August and the first week of September, check-ins need to occur on a Saturday.  
  
A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

Individual renting the house needs to be at least 25 years of age and needs to present proof of ID for reservation to be approved.  
  
If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $1,000 to cover damages.

The house is great and super spacious. We loved the skylights upstairs. Great location and easy check in process. Wish we had better weather so we could’ve used the outdoor space. Tim is very responsive and had great recommendations for things to do on the vineyard. Our family will definitely be back :)
