Summer weeks avail. Katama Beach House with guest cottage large enough for 2 families. INGROUND HEATED POOL. Terrific Wrap Around Deck and Screened Porch accompany this Contemporay style home. Walking distance to South Beach with Edgartown only a bike ride away. Amenities Central Air, 4 flat screen tvs, Wi-Fi throughout, Blue Ray DVD, Cd/MP 3 player, bikes and more. Has an outside shower and a huge fenced in backyard to accommodate any activity. The main house is child friendly and includes three first floor bedrooms and one full bath. The second floor living room is open with cathedral ceiling, dining area and half bath. On the second floor you have a beautiful wrap around deck for your summer pleasure and if it happens to rain you have a screened in porch with picnic table. The guest house has two floors of living space with one full bath and an upper level bedroom loft. There is a Patio on the lower level of the guest house and a large bedroom and laundry room. Total living area for both houses is 2,196sq ft. This home was absolutely perfect for our girl’s weekend getaway. The house is well stocked with anything you could need (minus towels and linens - that is the only downside). There was only three of us in our group, so we didn’t need to use the guest house, but there was plenty of space for all. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property manager was extremely easy to communicate with. The pool was amazing to have. We spent all of our mornings and evenings by the pool and couldn’t get enough of it! This gave us good space to spread out. The house was clean and I loved the way it was decorated, and paint color choices....very simple and neat. The bikes were great, however, there was one that the gears seem to need replacing. We simply hung that bike up back in the shed but maybe you want to send it for repair. We had brought several of our own bikes and used a few at the house. Great way to get around given the location. My only one slightly negative comment is that in the lower level of the main house there is a musty smell almost like cat urine. Not sure if anything can be done with that.... Also, we used the sheet rental company recommended by you, and that worked out great rather than having to pack all the linens. The house was clean, the kitchen was great, the A/C worked perfect & the deck space was awesome. Only issue we had (small one) was the size of the bedrooms. We encountered plumbing issues, (no hot water for 2 days and clogged toilet),major ant infestations and inability to make contact with the owner.
