The host was very welcoming, responsive, and always available whenever we had questions. The house was clean, beautiful, and well equipped with all the essentials, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to the ocean and the ferry. We took the first ferry, which round trip with the car, but we also found another ferry option at the other end that was much more affordable at round trip. We visited during the winter, so it was a bit cold, but overall it was a lovely and relaxing experience. We truly enjoyed our time and would be happy to stay again. We only brought our food and water our clothes exstra if it's in winter of course —everything else was already provided. There were two refrigerators, paper towels, toilet paper, tea and coffee, all the kitchen essentials, spices, shampoo, body wash, towels, and even a barbecue. The dishwasher, washer, and dryer made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The house was well set up, comfortable, and perfect for families, with fun activities for both kids and adults. Upstairs suite very open and lots of windows in house. 5 min drive to BREATHTAKING reservation on beach ($20 to park for non members and well worth it), peaceful Japanese gardens nearby too. It was just me and my new husband and it was incredible but definitely big enough for a large family vacation. All of the rooms and appliances were clean and looked just like the images. My only complaint was that it was very minimally stocked. Only one back up toilet paper and one back up paper towel so I’m glad we didn’t have a large group. The last bedroom also didn’t have any sheets on it. And definitely be sure bring your own shampoos and soaps because there is none provided.
