perfect for families!
We were two families with kids 2-12 years old. Great house and great location. WiFi was a little spotty but that was the only issue. The kitchen was better stocked than my own kitchen at home. Communication with host was great. Easy drive up to Powder, easy drive over to Snowbasin, close to Eden town, close to the Nordic center. Great trip, great house. Thanks!!

Perfect for a Ski Vacation
We stayed for a weekend skiing vacation at Powder Mountain. We honestly couldn't improve a single thing about the property or our hosts. The home was very comfortable, very well appointed, and had lot's to keep everyone entertained when we weren't skiing. An added bonus that we weren't aware of was how close to the mountain we were. Absolutely perfect!!

More than we could ask for!
Spacious and perfect for our ski trip. Quick access to all the mountains. The house is WELL equipped with everything you need. Plenty of puzzles and games and thing for the kids to stay busy when its chill time. Hope to stay again soon!

Everything we wanted
We took a family Christmas ski trip to Powder Mountain. This home is wonderful and has everything you could need or want on a family vacation. Dave and Stacey were a pleasure as hosts. Just can’t say enough about this home, Eden and Powder Mountain. It’s a beautiful place in winter! The home is very short drive to the grocery, restaurants, ski rental, liquor store and the ski resort. We would definitely go back.

Great house, location and hosts
We have stayed here for many years and through a couple of owners. Dave and Stacey are great to work with and they have made some nice upgrades! The view is wonderful, the hot tub always works, the house is clean and well stocked and the beds are comfortable! We will keep coming back for many years.

Awesome stay
The house was exactly as advertised and the bonus/game room was awesome. Our kids loved all the entertainment once we were done on the mountain. Also the garage was great - extra high clearance allowed us to park with our Thule box still attached which was an unexpected feature. The house was fully stocked which was so appreciated. We had some issues with the TV network on the first couple of days but Dave was super quick to respond to fix the issue and then we had no problems for the rest our stay. Convenient location and easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great time in your lovely home. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking Thanksgiving a breeze. And the hot tub was a great way to relax after long days hiking as a family. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer visit
We had a group of 8 adults at this property for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked which was amazing since we stayed on property for our meals. The path behind the property was just steps away allowing us a quick walk to the pool or a walk around the neighborhood. Beautiful views to hang on the patio! The patio furniture has seen lots of traffic over time but it didn't stop us from hanging out or eating meals outside. The communication with the owners was always quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with all the amenities
We loved this house as a family! The beds are so comfortable and lots of space for everyone to stretch out. We played a lot of the games the house had, we loved ticket to ride. The kitchen had all the necessary and extra. My daughter loves that there was some extra spices and apple cider vinegar to add to a salad she makes. The hot tub is hot and has lots of space. The pool area has a beautiful setting to look over and was ver relaxing. We rented a pontoon boat from Club Rec and enjoyed pineview reservoir. My daughter and I roded the ski lift and hiked part of the snow basin. We played pool, football and the arcade game they had upstairs. We loved the Ogden farmers market. Check out the Smith and Edwards store, it has something for everyone. This house is close to everything. Per the owner recommendation, we went to Timbermine steak house which is charming and delicious. Enjoyed a seafood boil at Boat Haus. It was also nice to park in the garage, which would be great for the winter.

Incredible house and hiking!
Yes- this home is clean, well stocked, and comfortable like all other reviews state. But my goodness - the neighborhood trails and views!!! The hiking right outside the door is worth booking alone. We spent two weeks here and spent a lot of time in the outdoors but truly, the trails right outside the house were the best. Perfect for kids - my 3 and 5 year old loved "climbing up the mountain" and I loved that we could turn around easily if needed. I'll miss staying here!

What’s not to love? Fully stocked, clean house with AWESOME Mountain View’s from the patio (or sitting in your own hot tub)!! Close to multiple hikes. Access to community pool is a plus. Owners are extremely quick with communication and very nice. Stay here!

Our stay was Fabulous! The home is located just steps away from the club house pool and hot tub as well as the pickleball/tennis court. The home is filled with plenty of activities to do from pool table, movies, arcade games and a fire pit. The layout of the home made it feel roomy from preparing meals and eating to hanging out as a group in the living room or family room to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Parking was also spacious and easy. The home was great and the surroundings were beyond beautiful! We felt like we were in Austria with the snow capped mountains, lush green rolling hills, amazing views and flowers. We took advantage of that with lots of bike rides and walks.

Beautiful Lodge, Amazing Location
From the moment we booked this lodge to the time we left, the owners were helpful and communicative, and we were blown away when we arrived by the standard of the accommodation. All of the rooms were well-proportioned, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The games room was an instant hit with all the men in the family, and the outside area with the hot tub was a perfect place to sit out on an evening to watch the sunset over the mountains. This has been, by far, the best place I have ever stayed whilst on holiday and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The host Dave is among the best hosts we’ve ever had. He is a perfect picture into the home. The home is very warm, inviting and met our expectations. Pros: New appliances, Chefs kitchen has it all. Perfect Family mountain holiday
First, Stacey and Dave were great hosts, provided the perfect amount of communication throughout our stay. Very responsive and accommodating. The House - Beautiful house, tastefully decorated with more than ample room for our family and Thanksgiving dinner. Our group was made up of my wife and I, 82-year-old mother-in-law, son, his wife and their 9 month old son. The 2 bedrooms on the main/ground level were perfect for my wife and I and mother-in-law (no stairs for the 82-year-old). The second floor worked out great for my son’s family. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and den, there is a large family area that will keep you busy with all that it offers (TV, pool table, video arcade game and countless other games). The Kitchen - I was a bit apprehensive not knowing what I would/wouldn't actually have at my disposal to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The description states - "unbelievably equipped for any gourmet meal prep and with all new appliances in 2022" BELIEVE IT! A complete Thanksgiving dinner for was prepared and devoured without the need of any additonal equipment. the island prep area was spacious, and all appliances were new. Thanks to their choice of microwave, It has been strongly suggested that I will be purchasing one for our home... Comfortable beds and furnishing throughout the home. The Neighborhood - peaceful and friendly with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The clubhouse is located 1 block away and provides additonal options to enjoy. There are walking trails throughout the entire neighborhood with gentle elevation changes. The Other - We brought our 2 pups, JD and Kevin who had fun on our walks sniffing out deer, rabbits and whatever other wildlife traversed the area. They came face to face with 3 deer and didn't know what to make of them. The BBQ and Jacuzzi are also recent and updated - I love to grill and used it one night for dinner. The jacuzzi was relaxing after a Thanksgiving Day. Our family truly enjoyed and loved our stay at Stacey and Dave's mountain home and recommend it to all.

Beautiful home with all the amenities!
Do not hesitate to book this property! So clean, such a beautiful neighborhood with walking paths where the deer freely roam. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Such a nice clubhouse and pool a short walk down the path, pickle ball also a short walk away. We had a wonderful family getaway. The hot tub in the back yard was a big hit with everyone as was the pool table in the family room. We also appreciated all the games available to us. This place cannot be beat. Great communication and such helpful owner’s as well. My only suggestion would be a updated tv in the main master bedroom, but there were plenty of other places to have movie nights, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had a great time! We will be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing family getaway
Thank you for a relaxing and fun stay! The house was perfect for our group and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We had the community pool and the pickle ball court to ourselves and the views are amazing! A nest of wild turkeys hatched out by the house! The upstairs got a little warm and there were some wasp nests on the front of the house but we would definitely stay again and tell others about it! Thank you!

House was fully stocked with all you could need, close to store and just a short drive to Ogden or SLC. Hot tub and patio were closed due to some remodeling, which was a major disappointment. Overall great house to spend time with family while celebrating mom’s Birthday. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond.

Great property in the Ogden Valley
This home is located in a quiet culdesac with a short walk to the HOA clubhouse, pool, tennis/pickle ball court and basketball court. The home was well stocked and we loved that it is pet friendly. Communication with the owner was top notch before and during our stay. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains and valley including Pineview Reservoir. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was a long awaited family trip for us . The owners were very quick to reply to any of the questions I had . We’ve lived in Utah all or lives and have never once been to Eden . Everything was clean and inviting . Nice quiet neighborhood . The use of the pool was fantastic and not over crowded . Nicely stocked kitchen with all of your basic dishes that you will need . The only recommendation that I have would be to have a couple of fans during the summertime .. Irs an extremely dry and hot summer . You would be crazy to go anywhere else in the whole little valley .

Beautiful home for my family and I who thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and more! We stay in Eden every year to ski as a family. Every year we stay in a different home, but that stops here! This is the perfect home for our family, as it has everything we need... space, entertainment, and a jacuzzi! Having kids with us, we really appreciate the second level living room. The owner is also very prompt, responsive, and friendly. We will be back!
