Fairway Oaks Lodge home is an ideal year-round destination for getting away with friends or family. Local recreation includes world-class skiing, the Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir (famous for boating, kayaking, and Stand-up Paddle boarding), and ubiquitous hiking and Mountain biking trails. This exquisite 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers an inviting retreat for nature enthusiasts and winter sports aficionados. Amenities include a private Deck, BBQ Grill, Two Living areas with 55" Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a 2-car garage, ping pong table in the garage, and use of our kayaks, water toys and life jackets. A high chair and Pack-N-Play are available upon request. Our home is a haven of comfort, designed to host guests easily. Each bedroom is a refuge of relaxation, adorned with clean, high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. The bedrooms promise restful nights and offer significant light from the outdoors. The living space has a plethora of large windows which bathe the living room and kitchen in natural light, featuring a large Smart TV with fireplace and comfy seating, all in an inviting open layout. All necessary linens, towels, and toiletries (including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) are provided for your stay. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for personal laundry needs. The property includes convenient parking with a two-car garage to ease your arrival and stay. It resides on a private lane with additional parking off the street. Each bedroom serves as a serene escape, featuring soft, plush bedding for your comfort. The master suite offers a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi tub for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom has a queen bed, picturesque views, and ample closet space. The third bedroom, with its two twin beds and large window, offers a cheerful ambiance. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom provides a king bed and modest window, creating a snug haven. The fifth bedroom, also on the lower level, is a child's paradise with 2 sets of bunk beds with one of the lower beds being a Full mattress. The sixth bedroom boasts a queen bed and spacious closets. Two additional bathrooms featuring tub and shower combos, complete the accommodations. This enchanting home merges compact elegance with functional living spaces, ensuring a delightful and restful stay. It provides the perfect combination of privacy with 6 bedrooms and the togetherness of the open gathering rooms. Sightings of deer, wild turkey and other wildlife are a daily occurrence. Lawn chairs are provided to enjoy the sounds of wind in the trees and a small stream trickling in the back yard. Super close to powder mountain. The stay was decent, except the couches upstairs are very uncomfortable and could use a deep cleaning. The basement is used with space heaters not air con.
