Private Dock Sleeps 8 Our House: Welcome!! 3 bed 2bath includes two queen beds, one full bed, plus full fold out sofa bed. There is also another sectional sofa that does not pull out. In our waterfront home you wont find any stairs, the easiest walk to the lake is right in the back yard! We love that our yard runs straight into Lake Barkley with very little slope and is one of the few lots without a single stair to our private dock. Come enjoy our peaceful deck as you listen to the wild life around you and watch the boats go by. We are frequently visited by deer, squirrels, and lots of hummingbirds! The house offers a fully stocked kitchen, along with a Keurig coffee maker bar that brews a full pot or K-cups if needed. Ample parking on our private drive gets you right to the homes front door. Key residence features: Relaxing patio overlooking the lake Private dock use included Washer/dryer Free Wifi 2 Roku Flat screen TVs/ 2 DVD TVs Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice chest, dishwasher, stove/oven, crockpot, cups, plates, silverware charcoal grill Desk area for mobile office Keyless deadbolt entry Central A/C and Heat, Gas fireplace Fire pit outside with plenty of firewood for guests use NO SMOKING in or around the home including on the deck 2 living areas that offer plenty of space for relaxing after a long day on the water 1 bathroom offers a walk in shower, 1 bathroom has a tub shower combo Towels, cloths, and soap are provided/beach towels are provided as well. Pets are allowed upon request, please let us know who is coming along and what breed and type they are. If you are bringing a boat, the marina is right around the corner of our cove where you can put it in. Eddycreek Marina is the name and they also are a full service marina with a restaurant. We are in a fairly shallow/calm cove where you can easily swim off the dock and fish with no wake but only a half mile from the main channel. Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area is close by and there are many restaurants on and off the water in the area. The response from the owner is fabulous. We seen deer everyday, an owl landed on the deck. A yellow bird, maiden nest and the babies hatched and we got to see them be fed everyday. Two doors down in the backyard. Two deers and a baby Fawn and we got to watch them everyday. If you're looking for a very relaxing place to stay, I would highly recommend it. ##### Rebecca T. We appreciated the gentle slope to the water and that it was easy to swim off the dock. The owner had thought of many little touches that made our stay more pleasant like lots of drawers and hooks, and it has better showers than many rentals. We also appreciated that the internet was very good. We would definitely like to stay here again! ##### Susan B.
