Total bush behind you, river behind you. 15 minute walk to the river with several different walking tracks. 5-10 minute walk into town. 5-10 minute walk to train station. 2 minute drive to East boat ramp. This property is in a fantastic location within walking distance of Echuca Town centre and very close to a boat ramp. The house is well set out with a main bedroom and ensuite at one end and the other bedrooms and bathroom on the other end. All linen, towels, pillows, blankets, quilts provided which makes for light packing for your holiday. Surrounded by bushland makes it very relaxing and is great for walks.
