I visit Park City about once a year. This is the first time I’ve stayed in Newpark. Despite being surrounded by stores and restaurants (which is great) this condo overlooks a natural preserve and a pond as well as a hiking trail so you feel like you’re surrounded by natural beauty rather than commercial buildings.
