In the heart of the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, pretty 17th century vineyard house in exposed stone completely renovated in 2019\.   
  
You will find on the ground floor:  
\* 1 entrance with coat rack, console,  
\* 1 living room of 30 m2,  
\* 1 dining room with beautiful integrated kitchen.   
  
Upstairs :  
\* 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, dressing room and sofa. \* 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, and 2 twin 90 x 200 beds.   
\* 1 bathroom with WC.   
  
Quiet exterior with 200 m2 parking, 300 m² private garden and pleasant 35 m² wooden terrace.  
  
Sheets, towels and final cleaning included. Heating included.
