Studio for 4 with balcony near slopes

This 32m² apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Gourette resort, on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator.

The living room includes a sofa bed for two people, a television, and opens onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views.

The kitchenette is equipped with a combination ceramic hob/oven/dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, and toaster.

In the entrance hall, you will find an alcove with four bunk beds (90x190cm) and a shower room with a separate toilet.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the building entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.

Optional services at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

Nestled in the heart of the Gourette cirque in the Ossau Valley, the ski resort offers exceptional views at an altitude of over 2,450 meters. With family or friends, enjoy 40 slopes suitable for all levels, covering over 1,100 meters of vertical drop!

In summer, discover a variety of mountain activities: canyoning, climbing, treetop adventure courses, as well as numerous hikes and walks!

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- 140cm fabric sheets: €27.

- Fabric sheets (90cm): €22.

- End-of-stay cleaning fee (studio): €80.

- Towel set: €18.

- Baby cot rental: €20.

Appartement vieillissant.

Merci pour l acceuil et la réactivité de l agence. Malgré tout au vu du prix par jour, l appartement est vieillissant. Problème de radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas a l entrée et un seul radiateur central avec l impossibilité de monter la température. (Robinet thermostatique sorti).
