The property has been updated, has a nice kitchen, good bathrooms and lots of gathering spots. Enough room for more family to spend a some time before heading off to bigger gatherings. Being December in Wisconsin, even without the snow, we weren't able to use the outside much so will need to come back so we can explore the river. The location is quiet and hidden but still only a few miles for most places we were going to. The property management was great. They made sure we could find the place and had it ready for us to use. My husband and I along with 5 adult children spent 5 nights while in the area for our daughters wedding. We live all around the country so it was very nice to have a place with enough room for all of us to gather and reconnect. It made a great HQ (headquarters) with plenty of room for finishing wedding decorations. We never felt cramped and there was no tripping over each other while getting ready the day of the wedding. Even though we spent most of our time together, there were abundant areas for individuals to seek out some privacy if they felt the need. Communication with the host was very responsive. I would repeat all the positives from previous reviewers comments but I think you’ll get the message if I quote my husband: “Perfect!
