Billie-property manager- was extremely helpful and responsive to any inquiries and requests. We are very sensitive to light and the security system had a bright light in bedroom - Billie worked with ADT to try to resolve for us late in the evening which we really appreciated. "I had always wanted to try out an RV, so this was the perfect opportunity as we were looking for somewhere to stay that was near Mount Rainier National Park (about 30 mins drive from entrance to Park). The van was spotless. There were very clear instructions as to how to operate various bits and pieces in the van (such as the toilet!) so we had no issues.
