"Stay in the new section. Very nice modern rooms. Wish-all the rooms facing the ocean had balconies but they have wall to ceiling windows. Very large bathroom which was nice. Pool and pool bar and grill were bonus!!"

"We’ve been staying at Ocean Place for several years and it doesn’t disappoint!! Rooms are clean and comfortable, had a problem with A/C not cooling so was easily moved to another room. Staff brought requested extra bedding and were so nice. Only criticism is Tiki bar which is great in theory but not in practice: staff is not attentive (too busy flirting and talking with each other/guests) and the bar is filthy. Take some time to literally clean, wipe everything down, get rid of empty boxes and unneeded items rather than pile them up where they can be seen. And I love to see staff having fun but don’t forget about service!!"

"The best motel in the area by a long shot. Huge comfy king bed, great air conditioning, great room service, and much more. I am a dj who works down the shore every weekend during summer and they always take the best care of me and give me a great rate as well for being a loyal customer which is very appreciated. 10/10"

"Our second time here. The rooms and beds are quite comfy. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Pool area is great! Easy walk to Jenkinsons. Literally steps from a few fish markets/seafood restaurants and busy bars on Broadway. "

"There was a bunch of food places within walking or shirt driving distances. The bed, pillows and room were good. Phones worked well and no issues with watching tv. Didn’t use transportation as I had my own car with me. "
