Upon arrival, the upstairs AC was not functioning. It was 80+ degrees in the three upstairs bedrooms. We made multiple phone calls, left multiple phone messages as instructed, sent emails and texts with ZERO response. Ended up sleeping with no covers and ceiling fans on high. It took over 24 hours before we got a response. Good thing we didn’t have any issues with the electronic locks when we arrived!!! Other than that, the cottage was spectacular. This was actually our second visit to the cottage. Beds had been upgraded which was nice. Cottage was clean and very well appointed.
