This property was everything we hoped for. It looked just like the pictures, was right on the water, and had all the amenities for a perfect home away from home: kayaks, water toys, full service kitchen with dishwasher, fire pit, even a golf cart! It was right on the lake, so water access from the dock was excellent. Nice quiet area. We even saw fireflies at dusk! A few things/recommendations to note: My family was very cautious using the stairs down to the lake…it’s very steep and has some rickety/old wooden steps - it’s especially dangerous at night because there’s limited lighting! Could be very easy to fall. Some family members mentioned one of the bedrooms had a “donut” bed. But otherwise, the rest of us slept well. We also thought more seating in the living room would’ve be nice as a family of 6 adults. We all couldn’t lounge in the living room together. So more seating would be nice. BUT, we really loved and appreciated the wine, chocolates, and stocked kitchen (I mean…eggs, milk, bacon, water bottles, oatmeal, chips, etc!) provided when we arrived. Karaoke machine was a fun touch. Communication with owner was awesome and they were willing to answer any questions we had. Overall, we would recommend to others, and would come back again in the summer when it’s warmer and we can kayak! :) ##### Allie B.
