"parking was easy and secure"

"Would not recommend. The staff were rude and short tempered. Didnt explain much. The vending machine was a couple of things u could purchase behind the counter, not an actual vending area. Once you get up half way the second floor the whole area smells awful. Mind you, i did get a smoking room, but still was awful. The wifi is pretty much non existent couldnt connect. The only good thing i will say is there were no bugs. Parking lot was not great. Hair dryer was from the 1800s. Tv was tiny. Bed was small and lumpy. "

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice choice of pastries, bagels, yogurt, etc. and there was milk or half and half in addition to the flavored creamers. My only complaints are that the room was very stuffy when we arrived and there was no hot water. Being that it was a holiday and the restaurant was closed, may have made the difference."
