The house is very large so fit all of us very comfortably. The game room is amazing! Bedrooms were a neat, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well equipped though more bowls are needed, some sharp knives and a couple of frying pans would be very useful. Scratched teflon isn't safe to cook on. Also, some serving utensils would be useful. Hooks or towel bars are needed in the bathrooms and it would be good to have the cleaning staff fill the hand soap bottles. The communication with the owner is always clear and the house is always clean. There was a huge increase in price this year and unfortunately the house isn't being maintained. The grill is completely burnt out and unusable. There's also a number of deck railings that were either missing or broken - which is a huge concern for the kids in our group. Every recliner in the game room is broken and essentially unusable. There was at least 2-3 broken chairs / stools in other seating areas in the house that were broken and unusable as well. Really wish they were making the necessary updates and addressing basic maintenance issues considering the significant jump in price. Unfortunately we'll be looking at additional properties for our annual trip in 2026 ##### Lauren W. This is our annual trip with friends and family to go snowmobiling in the White Mountains. We have stayed previously and we could not wait to come back!The house is large with enough bedrooms for 12 and 5 bathrooms which is great if you want some privacy or you can get together and and accommodates a large group with a great kitchen and massive game room for entertainment . This huge house was perfect. The kids loved the game room for watching movies and playing air hockey, pool, foosball, and just running around. Lots of room to spread out. There were some issues as with any house. Internet was non-existent. We could not stream Netflix, etc. Communication with property manager was poor since it would take days to answer any questions prior to arrival and very limited during our stay. Recliners in game room were not in the best shape, obviously abused by prior guests. Fireplace and TV in master bedroom was not working and many lightbulbs needed to be replaced throughout. Downstairs bedrooms were worn. Despite all of this, we loved the house and had a great time. There was so much room to spread out. There are no kid friendly items such as plastic cups and plates, crib, or a pack n play. The kids did have a blast sledding on the hill right out front. It really is a beautiful, spacious house that needs a little bit of an update. ##### ann f. Spending Thanksgiving with our extended family here was absolutely perfect. Everything is exactly as described—but even better in person. The home was clean, stunning, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained. We loved cooking together in the spacious kitchen and spent hours enjoying the theater and game room, which was a huge hit for all ages. The views from the top of the mountain were breathtaking—absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. What we loved most was how much privacy everyone had. Each family member had their own private bedroom and cozy seating areas, so we could relax and unwind whenever we wanted. It was the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. Lois was fantastic! She communicated promptly and always answered our calls when we had questions. During a snowstorm, we lost power, but the generator kicked in seamlessly, allowing us to continue our festivities without a hitch. We truly loved this home and can’t wait to book it again! My husband and I have stayed in Vrbo‘s all over the United States, Canada. The home was beautiful. The view was spectacular, great kitchen. Our horrible experience was the lack of communication with property management. It took several months for them to answer a lot of my questions prior to arrival, which gave me a lot of doubts. When we arrived late in the day on Thursday, we were there for a week, we realize Friday that the big theatre TV in the game room, did not work. I called the property management and they called me back and told me that they were ordering the bulb for the TV and it would be there by Sunday. Afterwards we realize only two of the very small TVs in the entire house worked with one DVD player. We have seven children with us and they were looking so forward to using this big game room theater and watching movies in the evenings. gas fireplaces did not work. I called property management again on Friday and my call was returned on Tuesday. I also texted them numerous times with no response till Tuesday. On Tuesday I was told the Bulb still wasn’t in and they hoped it would come in that day and then be out the next day on Wednesday, at that point we’ve been there for six days and we’re leaving early Thursday morning they never did come. It was a beautiful property and well maintained. The house is also incredibly well sound-proofed and it was easy for some folks to sleep even while others used the home theater room. Property is fantastic: beautiful views, spacious rooms and a great games area with pool, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, and more. Amazing location - very close to some truly great hikes, lakes, sightseeing. Perfect home base for a friend or family vacation with outdoor adventure and hang at the house plans. Master suite was large and comfortable, including an en-suite with a soaking tub and an open shower. Other bedrooms were well-spaced throughout the house on 2nd floor and finished basement. Tons of bathrooms throughout the house. Large central living room/kitchen (nice range and oven), porches/patios wrapping around the house, and the detached wing game room give the house a great combination of communal space and privacy. Host was extremely responsive. Accommodated additional guests on the reservation and early check-in. Was super helpful over the weekend we were there. We accidentally set off the smoke alarm cooking and one of the property managers answered a phone call while at a wedding. Definitely A+ responsiveness and service, thank you! Limited Wi-fi at the house, doesn't extend to the basement or master suite. Okay cell service as a backup. Was able to take phone calls and audio meetings, but no video calls or streaming to personal devices. A/V systems work but projector/theater screen a little difficult to navigate. Others TVs all easy. Overall an amazing stay and A+ experience across the board. ##### Kai F. The home has everything you could possibly want for a family reunion in terms of comfort, supplies and by far the best game room ever (for teenagers on up).
