Our kids loved going down to the rocky beach and finding rocks and shells. At low tide, we found sea stars on the rocks. The sunset was beautiful over the water every night. The kitchen and dining space is quite small and cramped so if your family likes to cook, keep that in mind! Otherwise, lots of space in the bedrooms. Quick drive into town and to Moran state park. Oct 17, 2023 #### Cozy Cabin in a Wild Setting Everything inside was wonderfully clean and comfortable. The driveway basically requires a six-point turn to get out of and the cliff is a little scary but it’s not that bad and the view absolutely makes up for it. It’s so quiet and comfortable but something about the boughs of the trees waving in the wind and the endless views of islands cast about in turbulent deep waters whispers of adventure. Loved sitting on the patio in the rain after a soak in the hot tub. If I return to Orcas Island I would absolutely rent this property again. ##### Ryan K. We had a group of 7, and bedrooms & bathrooms worked out well for us. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, and used the path to get down to the water. Although the drive way is steep and curvy, it is paved and not too long. Our van made it down slowly. We cooked several breakfasts & dinners, and had plenty of utensils etc. Also used the grill.
