### Water Views from this New Northwest Modern Home w/ Hot Tub

Orcas Island Getaway is pleased to offer a large Modern Northwest design, with clean finishes and views you'll enjoy of from nearly every room in the home.   
  
Our goal is to deliver a 5-star experience for each guest, making their stay care-free and enjoyable. As hosts with two other properties on Orcas Island, we have a high standard for our homes and it shows in the reviews we receive that we do everything we can to provide guests a quality home with friendly service. With an average rating of 4.9 out of 5-star reviews, you can rest assured knowing we'll do whatever we can to help you have a fantastic stay with us.  
  
About this home:   
The main level of the home features an open living concept, including Kitchen, Dining and Living area. A large wall of windows and glass french doors open to a large deck with beautiful water views of the sound below near Rosario Resort! On the deck, you'll enjoy outdoor dining with seating for six, a Stainless Steel BBQ grill and relaxing views of the views below.  
  
A well-equipped kitchen for cooking in:  
You'll find the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments, quality cookware and chef-grade knife set for guests to prepare meals in the home during their stay.   
  
In the kitchen, you'll also find granite countertops with bar-style seating opposite the kitchen sink, and Fridigaire Gallery Series stainless steel appliances make this kitchen a cook's dream.   
  
Coffee, Tea or Specialty Drinks - your choice:  
In addition to the teapot and 12-cup Mr. Coffee maker, we also afford our guests the luxury of crafting their own cafe-style drinks with the Starbucks Barista Espresso machine. We supply a coffee grinder as well as whole espresso beans (located in the freezer) in addition to a few flavorings during your stay.   
  
The Master Suite:  
The Master suite is located on the main level and features an en-suite master bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom features dual vanities with granite countertops and a large, modern porcelain tile shower with rolling glass doors.  
  
The Recreation Room:  
The lower level opens to the spacious recreation room featuring a large sectional sofa for enjoying the 65" Television streaming services from Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. Guests will find the Hot Tub located just off the lower recreation room patio - a perfect place to rejuvenate to start the day off or to relax under the starry skies at night.   
  
The Guest Suites:  
The two guest suites are both located on the lower level, opposite sides of the recreation room for privacy for guests. Like the Master, the guest rooms also offer king-sized beds, two nightstands with LED bedside lights and soft quality linens. There is also a full bathroom located on the lower level with a shower/tub combo.   
  
Plan on bringing Fido?  
We're a dog-friendly home, but there are some requirements that must be met before approval, as well as an additional pet fee. See the below information about the requirements and fees - or reach out to us for any other questions.

1) + $185 cleaning fee per stay added to your nightly reservation.  
2) Listing Site collects and remits all sales & lodging Tax for the State of Washington on behalf of hosts.  
3) We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee of $80 per stay. We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per stay. Contact us for information about Pet Agreement requirements. Must be 1 yr old, spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and on flea/tick treatment. Pricing listed in quotes do not include pet fee unless you select it, but will be required.  
4) Guests agree to follow the rules of conduct.  
5) Use of the home is exclusive to the guests in the reservation. We recommend guest purchase 3rd party trip insurance in case of emergencies. Please review full details around our cancellation policy (60 days in advance of date of stay).

We came back to Orcas Island after 28 years camping there with our son. We had a wonderful time hiking, exploring and relaxing and showing our 18 year daughter her brother's stomping ground when he was young.

We stayed a week while our daughter attended Camp Orkila. We could not have asked for a clean home to share with another family. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics and utensils. It was nice to see that they left the cabinets stocked with basic ingredients that renters have left behind. The hot tub and grill were clean. Very easy transition from home to a week away. Many thanks, would rent again.

We were thrilled with this home and had a great four days there for my husband’s birthday. We had everything we needed to cook at the house, including spices. Coffee was provided and the espresso machine was fun to use. So many thoughtful details. Gorgeous art. Games and books. And the view from the house is better than I anticipated from the photos. Todd and Lori were very kind and replied to quickly to all of our questions. We’d love to come back again!

We loved this property. The location was perfect for hiking and access to East Sound. The property itself was a wonderful layout with high end amenities that we loved. We cannot recommend this property enough.

#### Orcas Island House

The house was the perfect location for our group to stay in and participate in the Orcas Swim/Rum event that began and ended at the Rosario Resort, just a few minutes down the road. The deck was wonderful and the house was well stocked. Communication was also excellent leading up to the stay and I'd we're looking forward to booking again next year!

#### Orcas Island Retreat

Beautiful, well kept home on Rosario Road between Eastsound restaurants/shops and Moran State Park. Would definitely stay again. Owner warns about a very steep driveway. Take the warning seriously. Our front wheel drive couldn't get to the top. We needed a tow the first night. Ended up having to park at the base and had to climb up and down every time we left the home. Not for those who have trouble with mobility.

Property was as described. Looked just like in pictures. Clean and like brand new. Everything there for pet owners and thought of. Property has a great view and wonderful deck. Yard is not fenced in though which wasn’t a problem for us and we realized that from the pics but thought other pet owners should consider. There are animals especially deer right outside the door! Will definitely stay again!

#### Cozy cabin

Fun and cozy cabin located close to the town and state park. The hot tub with the views was incredible. Process for check in and check out felt really simple. House provided plenty of nice cookware for making memorable family meals. Moran State park was super close and we were able to easily run to the lake trails from the property. Look forward to returning back again.
