I really enjoyed relaxing by both the pool and the river, it was the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. I also learned that the hotel has recently been acquired by a new ownership group who is already working on some exciting improvements and upgrades! "We came down to enjoy the water park, float the river and see some friends and this location was great. We had our 3 kids and 2 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The master bed is very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a nice sized balcony. "This was perfect for our 1-night stay as we were coming through San Antonio. We love the New Braunfels area and hope we can come back in the summer to utilize the river and pools. We did love the large, enclosed grassy area where the kids could run around, and our little

"This was a great location, on the river and just down the street from Schlitterbahn. Liked the fact that it was

friendly, my lab loved the river. Condo was clean and tidy when we arrived, they even had full size shampoo/conditioner in the showers. Only complaint is the AC was locked and wouldn't go below 69 and the master bedroom gets hotter than the rest of the condo. Luckily we brought our box fan (shift worker problems) and it was tolerable. But wish we could have lowered the AC at night...

"We highly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and as advertised! We loved that it was within walking distance to Schlitterbahn. The property manager I spoke with was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. There is no dining table but we didn’t mind! The backyard was such a nice space with a picnic table and plenty of seating. We had so much fun hanging out outside and playing corn hole in the evenings after a long day at the water park. We would definitely stay again!!"
