The cottage was exactly as described, the location was quiet yet convenient to everything downtown. The layout was perfect, although it is a smallish place the spaces were all very useful and flowed well. The bedroom was large and had a full closet, modern electric and new windows that did not have any drafts. All of the finishes were fresh and charming. The laundry room and kitchen were exceptionally nice for a one bedroom house. Keep in mind that Eastport is a small village, I often took my pup to cony park to do her business just to allow her to run alittle. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Eastport. The cottage is in a great location on a quiet street but just a block away from the main street and the water front, and right up the hill from the brewery and winery!
