Welcome to Villa Tranquilla – A Serene Retreat in the Heart of the Eastern Townships Just past the renowned Spa Eastman, nestled in the stunning landscape of the Eastern Townships, lies Villa Tranquilla — a bright, spacious getaway set on 25 acres of private land. The property features expansive lawns, vibrant gardens, a natural swimming pond, a hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, and peaceful forest trails just waiting to be explored. The 3800 sq ft main house is a haven of natural light and open design, thoughtfully created for both comfort and connection. The oversized kitchen is a dream for food lovers and entertainers alike, outfitted with top-of-the-line Thermador appliances and generous counter space. A full wall of windows in the kitchen and dining area opens onto a large, covered, and screened veranda — perfect for outdoor dining or lounging in comfort, sheltered from the elements and free from bugs. In the cooler months, enjoy the warmth of the sun streaming through the windows as you dine indoors beside the cozy fireplace. The living room is the heart of the home — a stunning, open space with 30-foot vaulted ceilings, windows on all sides, and another fireplace. Large exterior sliding window doors open to a quiet terrace with additional seating, ideal for sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises. Just across the hall, a versatile family room offers even more space to unwind. It’s set up with a comfortable TV area and can easily transform into a children’s playroom, a yoga or meditation studio, or even a private sleeping space.
