The house was clean and fresh, the kitchen had a good supply of cookware and dishes and there was a good supply of blankets in the bedrooms. You can spend plenty of time on the deck since there is a covered portion with it's own set of furniture as well as an open area with tables and chairs. Some things closed on Labor Day (Beachcomber, Arnolds). The property was in a perfect location. Central to all the ocean beaches and a short walk to So. Sunken Meadow Beach (bay side). Great area to walk your dog right in front of the house. Very private and quiet. Owner very friendly and informative of the property and answered all questions regarding permits needed and where to attain them. The house was very clean and provided everything you need (except towels and linens). The layout was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children under 2 years old (and a 15-year-old blind dog). The bedrooms are very spacious, as well as the bathrooms. My only comment would be that there is not a large enough eating space for more than 4 people to sit together, and the master bathroom is in dire need of an update (very 60's/70's). Other than that, it was perfect for our family. I would stay at this property again. ##### Kimm C. Updated and roomy, well equipped kitchen. Only small issues are that the bathrooms could use updating and the road on which the house is located is dirt and very bumpy.
