Sep 7, 2017 #### Great location but a couple of concerns We have been staying in Eastham for a number of years and this cottage is in a great location (Campground beach is just around the corner). For a small family (1-2 kids) this works. The kitchen was well equipped and we found what we needed. There are two major things that cause me to give a review of 3.5\. The first is the outdoor shower. It's what I love about our stay on the cape. But, I did not use this one once. It really needs updating (no door, just a dirty curtain) and there was tons of grass and ivy in there. Really bummed about that. Plus, no gas grill. Probably should have caught that in the description but we really enjoy grilling out and the charcoal is just not convenient. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the location was a quick drive to ocean beaches and lots of restaurants on route 6\. There are fans for the bedrooms and you can leave your door open and get some AC(but not much since the master bedroom is around the corner). I love the location and home very much. The mattresses hurt all three of our backs (I do not have back issues normally), but I love the location and house so much we will bring an air mattresses to put on top for our next visit.
