Ideally located mere steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this house places you a short walk from Herring Pond (one mile), an easy bike ride from First Encounter Beach on Cape Cod Bay (two miles), and a few minutes' drive from Coast Guard Beach (four miles) and other beautiful parts of Cape Cod National Seashore. This single-story home is scenically situated on the Outer Cape, where it sits between the heart of Eastham (one mile north) and Orleans (three miles south). Close by, find bike rentals, the Eastham Public Library (one mile), and a wide assortment of beaches for every preference. The house offers a classic Cape Cod experience, starting with a large back deck where you can lounge in the sun and dine in the coastal breeze each evening. You'll have a gas grill for your summer barbecues, a backyard where your kids can play, even a Ping-Pong table for high-stakes family tournaments. Sunlight seems to find every corner of the open living space, from the well-equipped kitchen (offering an air fryer!) to the dining room and living room. Spend fun-filled nights at home playing board games, working on puzzles, and streaming your favorite movies on the smart TV. Pros: great location by the bike trail; quiet, attractive street; beautiful natural light; well-equipped kitchen; comfortable deck furniture; great for kids 7+; bike and beach gear storage in the basement; outdoor shower; convenient to First Encounter, Great Pond, Herring Pond, Coast Guard Beach, Orleans. I was caught off guard that the place does not have A/C, but that's my fault. It is crossed off in the amenities. The place has plenty of fans and stayed cool. I would book again! ##### Adam B. You can’t get in until 4 pm on the dot, and we arrived and the cleaning people were still there well past check in so we couldn’t get in even though we waited all day. The house is VERY dirty, bugs everywhere and spiderwebs all over as if it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Run down and pretty gross. The outdoor chairs were all rusted out so they are unusable which was really unfortunate because the house gets hot since there isn’t ac. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bunk beds were actually broken so you can’t sleep in them. Floors were so dirty we had to wipe our feet off every night. Management was terrible and you just talk to some customer service person or ai who does nothing. DONT STAY HERE ##### Helene K.
