From June 15th through August 31st this home may only be rented in 7 day blocks that begin each Saturday at 4PM. From May 18th through June 15th, September and October our home may be rented for three day minimum bookings. A nice quiet location on dead end gravel road. The house and it's furnishings are in excellent condition! Features one bedroom on the main level with a king bed and two bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen and one with two single beds. There is a rear deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, cable TV, internet and more. Just North of Orleans and Chatham and South of Wellfleet and P'town, a great base location for exploring the outer Cape. Clean and well stocked. Our party was two couples and the space was perfect. I also like the location. Close to the National Seashore and midway up the Cape so it’s easy to go into Chatham or up to Provincetown. The area is quiet and away from a lot of traffic. The only suggestion is to either deep clean or replace the grill. We love to grill out but didn’t feel comfortable using the grill provided.
