The staff was always pleasant and helpful if we had a question. We did use the pool and hot tub and both were nice. We liked all the plants at the pool. The ponies were fun to interact with outside. Parking seemed easy and available. We will definitely return if we ever come back to Chincoteague "

"We enjoyed the Island Resort and always like to stay there. We had a third floor room which had a beautiful view of the bay side, especially during sunset. The room was clean with comfortable furniture and loved having 2 sinks. The bed was adequate and a pillow topper would have made it just perfect but for a few nights, it's okay. "
