The location was walkable to the quarter and the street car line, and there are great restaurants in the neighborhood and Bywater. No concerns for safety, regardless of time of day. "We had a pretty good stay during the first weekend of Jazzfest. The included breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety and staff that keeps it well stocked. Our spacious room was cleaned and restocked daily. Room had fridge, microwave, and high def TV. There was always hot water in the shower. The lobby area is nicely decorated and welcoming.
