"Nice big room. Nice big restroom. Nice front desk Staff. Great cleaning service for the room. Lobby smelled smoky. Food at the downstairs coffee shop is very bad. Strange sounds from A/C vents. Pillows are ok. Curtains on the sides allow annoying light line to come in. "

"We had 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Room was clean. We stay for 2 nights but the clean crew didn’t come and empty trash and replenish towels next day, may have to remind thw front desk. Breakfast was ok. Front desk service was great. The sofa bed was too old and wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. The Queen size beds were comfortable and clean. "

"If youre visiting mostly the French Quarter of New Orleans this place is a great location. Away from all the noise, but close enough to walk. It is downtown so there are lots of street people;but they didnt bother us and we ealked everywhere. The staff where vety kind and helpful. Most tours pick-up right out the front door. Great breakfast. Id definition stay there again!!"

"Our stay at the “Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center” was the perfect place for our cruise out of New Orleans. The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the cruise port. We had a great experience with Deri at checkin. We arrived early and were able to get a room with an upgrade to the warehouse side. The room was very spacious and clean. I wish that we were staying more than one night. "
