Super nice and friendly front desk staff. The room was very clean and spacious (suite). I’ve had less than positive experiences at other Comfort Inns, but this one is the exception. I’d absolutely stay here again!
The hotel was great, the area around has no uber, no transportation to anything outside of hotel and fast food or bust eatting options. But the Blue Bird Tavern was worth the visit.

We arrived after 9PM and had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us in.
The beds are terribly firm.
The “eco-friendly” cups are wrapped in even more plastic. Not sure about eco-friendliness.
Otherwise, we appreciated the clean, well-kept condition of the room and building in general.

Perhaps the most overpriced room
Nothing wrong with the place, but nothing special. Perhaps it is a supply and demand issue, but the price per night was outrageous for the room. I have stayed in a lot of rooms in a lot of places in my life, none have struck me as being as overpriced as the Comfort Inn in Chestertown, MD.

Thank you for staying with us. I was surprised to see you stated the room had bed bugs. During your 2 nights of staying with us, you never mentioned any issues however, I did personally inspect the room and although I so absolutely no indication of bed bugs, I did schedule pest control to come out and do a formal inspection. I'm confident their findings will be the same. In the future, please feel free to let us know of concerns while you are here so that we can take care of things and provide you with adequate accommodations which we strive to offer all of our guests.

Old tired. Breakfast was good staff great. No sitting chair in bedroom counter tops were dirty had to fix clock. All this for more then I would pay at airport

Stayed for one night. For $250/night.. hotel booked with two soccer teams. We had no a/c in 90 degree weather. Staff helpful w fans but still sweating all night in Maryland on Labor Day! Hoping I get discounted rate after all this. Bfast good but get there early before 60 athletes show up!

Thank you for your review. After inspecting your room, we found no roaches. We also checked the guest log and found no calls from you to the desk during your stay where roaches were reported. We just completed renovation on our hotel and take great pride in the cleanliness and sanitation process we perform. We also do monthly pest control maintenance to avoid issues such as you've reported. In the future, please consider making us aware of such "roaches" so we can investigate. Best Regards,

Staff was very friendly n helpful. I like the fact that coffee was served all day. I thought breakfast should have been served a little later. Unfortunately we didn’t have breakfast daily, kids didn’t get up

It was pretty tiresome because swimming pool wasn’t working. The back door to the parking lot wasn’t working and the elevator wasn’t working. The coffee pot in my room wasn’t working either. There was a Millipede in my bathroom crawling across the floor. Ugh.

Quite a shame... A nice hotel, large room with everything we needed, great breakfast... But bring on the 3rd floor with a broken elevator & a heavy cooler is a drag!
