Not a bad hotel except for hardly any hot water and water pressure is non existing...staff is ok, breakfast is hotel breakfast but not bad...

The service and rooms were very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good and offered a lot of options to eat. the bathroom in our room need an additional shelf to put toiletries and other personal items on. not enough shelf space.

This is a unique property with a great view of the bay, convenient to terrific restaurants. We stay here whenever we are passing through. Large, comfortable rooms and great breakfast service.

Checked out of BW down the road due to the uncleanliness, lack of safety, loud noises, and overall extremely uncomfortable environment, and checked in here less than a mile away and felt so much better. So clean, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and safe environment. Phenomenal breakfast, all dove full size shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, and body wash!

We were drawn to this hotel because of its location on Kent Island overlooking the Chester River, but I can't say it's worth the price we were charged. It's a nice setting, but neither the view nor the limited amenities warrant the resort pricing. And while the view is great, the hotel failed to capitalize on if by not building in balconies, walkouts, or even windows that open. The rest of the building is so-so -- good, but not great.
