Dear Ho Ming Rosa, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the location of your stateroom, which we find has one of the best locations due to the proximity to the reception area, garden view and nice terrace area. Like you stated, we are unable to guarantee a request, as we need to consider few factors before assigning rooms. In addition, you stated that on your arrival date there were 4 rooms available, but in fact we were fully booked. We are not sure about the traffic you are referring to, as we are on the outskirt of a small town of 7000 inhabitants... We hope you have enjoyed the rest of your visit to this interesting destination and wish you a safe trip home.

Hello Sara Aske, As previously stated, you have not been in our hotel. The actual guest and his partner were not as mean as your comments. Our cleaning products are the same as any household uses on a regular basis. We will be happy to provide you with the names so you can pursue further compensation with them, but we find it unacceptable to claim an absurd complaint as yours. In addition, the other hotel uses the same product as we do. All in all, these guests left the hotel without paying their restaurant bills. We hope that in the future you will warn that they are allergic to chemical products, so hotels may be prepared for them

Thanks for your important comments. We always try to give the best services and will take note about transfer being on time at airport. We are so close from airport, that even if late you will be in a couple of minutes at the hotel.
