Millgrove House Apartments are brand new to our portfolio. The apartments are located just off the Eastbourne seafront in a prime location almost adjacent to the Pier. Millgrove House is a modern contemporary building with five apartments available for holiday letting. There are 4 two bedroom apartments all with spacious open plan living dining and kitchen rooms and 1, one bedroom apartments. Some apartments have balconies and sea views. There is a lift to all of the floors The open plan and modern kitchen, dining and living areas has everything you’ll need for a self-catering break. With a fridge-freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave and cooking utensils. With two bathrooms Bedroom one is kingsize bedroom with en suite bathroom Bedroom two has two singles beds This spacious apartment can sleep up to 4 guests Stunning sea views from the open plan living room Balcony from both bedrooms with garden furniture The following apartments are also advertised on Vrbo and can be booked together for large get togethers Apartment No 2 - this one bedroom apartment is a good size apartment with double bed and sofabed, sleeping 3 Apartment No 5 - provides two bedrooms, large living dinning room, 2 bathrooms kingsize bed and bunk beds for sleeping 4 Apartment No 9 is a very spacious third floor apartment, 2 bedrooms king size and two singles with ensuite and family bathroom. This apartment has a sea view balcony leading off the dining area. This apartment can sleep up to 6 people as there is a large comfortable double sofa bed in the living room Apartment No 10 - The Penthouse offers flexible sleeping arrangements, there is one king size bed and the en suite bedroom offered with 2 single beds or one super king bed. This can be arranged at the time of your booking. The Penthouse apartment located on the third floor of the building with lift access.
