"The first time I stayed at Chocolate Lake was when I was bringing my son to University. This time, returning, was for his graduation and the experience was the same. The property has very good amenities, a free coffee, hot chocolate, espresso etc. machine in the lobby which is accessible 24/7, and a full breakfast is also included. The shower pressure was good, the room was clean and well laid out. The staff were helpful and the hotel sits on a beautiful lake. Chocolate Lake was my first choice this time because of the experience I first had and I was pleasantly surprised that it had not changed. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I hope that it remains the same. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"They had a busy night and got booked but since we had a reservation they quickly upgraded to a suite. We mentioned how our luggage never arrived and they quickly provided us with essential like toothbrushes, deodorants, and water. The restaurant had a variety of options and food was very delicious. Great staff, especially Liam who helped us directly. "
