Mushroom Gulch campsite is one of 12 campsites located at Camp Kettlewood, a private 80 acre Historic Girl Scout Camp restored for getaways for families and friends. Sep 10, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Had a wonderful time and the campers were great. I could tell from the pictures and description that they were small, but my sister expected them to be bigger. What you see is what you get, but it was perfect. We had 1 asult and 1 kid in each one, but you can pitch tents, so we had more than enough space. Sheets and pillows were very comfortable. This was like a little town of cabins, campers and tents. The bathroom and shower facilities were conveniently located throughout and were clean. The dogs and kid loved walking the trails and exploring nature. It was nice to be discounted, but don't worry, cell phone reception is not and issue. Communication was great ! Will definitely be returning!On a side note, the beach area in East Troy is for residents only.
